Here you will find all the information you need to order, collect and take care of your Cake My Dreams creation.

ORDERS
The creations available to order can be accessed directly from our online store.
For any specific request or custom creation, please contact us so that we can study your project.

TIME LIMIT
Important : Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
After this period, orders will no longer be available directly on our website.
However, if you have an urgent request or an unforeseen event , please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We will review your request and, depending on our availability, do our best to meet your needs.

ORDER COLLECTION
Orders are prepared upon reservation and are available for collection in Nice, during the time slot chosen when placing your order.
IMPORTANT : Cake My Dreams does not have a shop open to the public. Collections are by appointment only.

Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

DELIVERY
Delivery is offered for certain creations, depending on their format, the destination address and transport options.
For creations requiring special attention or large orders, a suitable delivery solution can be considered.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Any minor modification to your order (small decorative item, flavor, collection time, etc.) can be made up to 3 days before the collection date, subject to feasibility.
All cancellations must be requested at least one week before the collection date. After this deadline, no refund will be issued.
In the event of cancellation made within the permitted period, a service fee of 3% will be deducted from the refunded amount.
