Once the order has been validated and paid for, no cancellations or significant modifications can be made.
However, in exceptional circumstances, a cancellation or modification request may be considered if it is made at least one week before the scheduled collection or delivery date . Cake My Dreams reserves the right to accept or refuse this request at its sole discretion.
In the event of an exceptionally accepted cancellation, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order.
A processing fee of 3% of the order amount will be deducted to cover operating costs and payment processing expenses. The refunded amount will therefore correspond to the amount initially paid, less this fee.
All our cakes are carefully made in our home workshop, using quality ingredients and according to your orders.
We do not have a physical store or shop window. All orders are made exclusively by reservation and are available:
Collection by appointment at 31 rue de Roquebillière, 06300 Nice ;
or for delivery within a radius of 5km to 10km around the Cake my Dreams workshop
Delivery is available for Bento Cakes, Pop Cakes, biscuits , and Layer Cakes (up to 12-16 servings) . It is handled via Uber Eats .
For any delivery request concerning a Layer Cake of more than 16 servings , we invite you to contact us so that we can study the most suitable solution.
